All cats must be over 4 months with completed  F3 or F4 vaccinations.

We reserve the right to refuse entry of any cat.

All cats must be desexed.

All charges must be paid prior to departure of cat.

 The owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested and all veterinary costs for the cat during the time the cat is in Ava & Archer Cat Boutiques care.

 Boarding rates are charged on a nightly basis. Charges apply for late pick up after 12 noon.  Drop off is between 2.00pm and 4.00pm, pick up is prior to 12 noon or an extra night rate is charged, except Monday, when pick up is 8.00am to 9.00am, and drop off 4.00pm to 5.00pm.

We may be able to check you in earlier than 2.00pm depending on our capacity. This must be confirmed prior to booking.

Under no circumstances will Ava & Archer Cat Boutique or its employees or agents, be held responsible for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent, act or omission of Ava & Archer Cat Boutique, its employees or agents, that may occur to any cat being groomed or boarding at our establishment.

Cats will not be released to any person except the nominated owner unless prior arrangements have been made.

If veterinary attention is necessary for the pet, the owner is liable for all such expenses.

Check in in 2pm onwards. Check Out is from 8am to 12 noon.  A full day rate will apply if the booking is made outside of these hours.

There is a 25% surcharge and Seven (7) day minimum period for Christmas and Public Holidays. Deposit must be paid 6 weeks prior to Christmas otherwise booking will be cancelled. 

There is a medication administration fee of $10 per day per animal. The administering of medications must be discussed prior to booking.
