All cats must be over 4 months with completed  F3 or F4 vaccinations.

We reserve the right to refuse entry of any cat.

All cats must be desexed.

All charges must be paid prior to departure of cat. At Christmas Holiday period, full payment is expected on Check In.

 The owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested and all veterinary costs that may be incurred due to illness, for the cat during the time the cat is in Ava & Archer Cat Boutique's care.

Boarding rates are charged on a nightly basis. Charges apply for late pick up after 12 noon.  Cat Boarding Check In and Out: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday: ​8:00am to 2:00pm Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00am - 10:00am or 3:00pm - 4:00pm Sunday - Check In and Check Out only by arrangement​.

Cats will not be released to any person except the nominated owner unless prior arrangements have been made.

If veterinary attention is necessary for the pet, the owner is liable for all such expenses.

There is a 25% surcharge and Seven (7) day minimum period for Christmas and Public Holidays. Deposit must be paid 6 weeks prior to Christmas otherwise booking will be cancelled. 

There is a medication administration fee of $10 per day per animal. The administering of medications must be discussed prior to booking.

It is a condition of booking that you READ the waiver attached to our booking portal. It contains important information about booking and fees charged.  It must be signed, however, simply by booking you cat into our facility, shows that you have agreed to the waiver, even if you have not physically signed it.
