Ava & Archer now offer boutique boarding with only 17 available enclosures and a large, furnished family room. We believe that cats should be able to move freely, have space to jump, or to hide, or to be able to watch TV, or look out of the windows at the birds, or the clouds if they like. At Ava & Archer all of that is possible. Our enclosures are all walk in, with cat tree's, scratching poles and enrichment inside and outside the enclosures. All located in our air conditioned, carbon filtered premises. Each cat gets outside of the enclosure time, a chance to sit on the sofa with our staff and watch TV, or have a run around the playroom, this services is included in our costs, not an added extra. Each enclosure can take 3 cats from the same home.
Our family room is large enough to accommodate up to 5 cats from the same home.

We are Licensed by Domestic Animal Services in the ACT for Overnight Boarding and Daycare Services for our grooming.
Walk In Enclosure
Each of our enclosures is a walk in 2 square meter space with a roof height of 1.8 metres. Suitable for up to 3 cats from the same home. Discount for more than one cat from same home, sharing an enclosure
Cost $35 per night per cat
Family Room
Our Family Room is 3 metres x 4.6 metres and has comfy furnishings, scratching poles, a day bed and chairs and high cat stands, with a view out of the window to our outdoor courtyard. Suitable for up to 5 cats from the same home.

Booking Conditions
We have a boarding minimum of 1 (one) full day.
Check In/Check Out opens at 8:00AM and closes at 4:00PM Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
Check in/Check Out opens at 8:00AM and closes at 12:30PM Tuesday
Check out on Tuesday afternoon can be arranged between 3:30pm and 4:00PM
Check out after 11:30am incurs a half day rate

Sunday Pick Up and Drop Off available only from 3:00pm to 4:00pm - ONLY BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. Please call prior to arrange. AT LEAST 24 Hours notice is needed for collection or drop off. You cannot book this online. You must call to arrange Sunday bookings.

***HIGH SEASON CHECK IN AND OUT is between 8:00am and 10:00am ONLY due to staffing levels.
Our rates include premium food, treats, toys, bedding and free play time .
PEAK SEASON is defined as all PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND EASTER LONG WEEKEND .
OFF PEAK is defined as any other time .
** Easter and Christmas Public School Holidays attract a 20% surcharge on the daily rate **
High Season Bookings:
For bookings made over Christmas/New Year (between the 20/12 until 31/1) we require that full payment be made for dates reserved. During this period, should you choose to pick up your cat earlier than the organised dates, no refund will be given. We have needed to implement this policy, for the above period, as we will have turned away other customers in order to accommodate your cat.

Please Note: Check In & Check Outs are NOT available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Drop off on Public Holidays such as Good Friday is between 8:00am and 9:00am only. Pick up on Public Holidays is between 4:00pm and 5:00pm only. There is NO PICK UP on Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.

The last Check in day for the Christmas period is the 24th of December 8:00AM to 12:00PM. Ava & Archer is then Closed until 9.00am on the 27th of December
Please note late check-outs will require an extra half days payment
25% Deposit is required to book a space.
If a deposit is not paid within 7 days of the booking, the booking will be cancelled.
We provide premium foods and litter, included in the boarding fee.
