Welcome to our boutique cat boarding facility, where your feline friends will enjoy a cozy and luxurious stay! Our brand new enclosures are designed for comfort, featuring hidey holes for relaxation and cat towers for exploration and play . Each enclosure accommodates up to three cats ensuring plenty room to move. Plenty of cuddles, special treats, and even some TV time outside of the enclosure, with our special cat cuddlers (our staff). Rest assured, we are fully licensed by Domestic Animal Services, prioritizing your cat safety and happiness during their stay. Our premises are air conditioned for year round cooling and heating, and are permenantly carbon filtered to remove any smells.

Walk In Enclosure

Our large enclosures are a walk in 2.2 square meter space with a roof height of 2 metres. Suitable for up to 3 cats from the same home. Discount for more than one cat from same home, sharing an enclosure (not available during peak holiday periods).

There is a 25% raise on fees during holiday periods, school holidays, Christmas and New Year and Easter.

We have smaller 1 metre square enclosures with raised tables and hidey holes. These are perfect for one cat.

Booking Conditions

We have a boarding minimum of 1 (one) full day.

Check In and Check Out times:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday is between 8:00am and 2:00pm.

Wednesday and Thursday 9:00am to 10:00am and 3:00pm to 4:00pm only

Sunday Pick Up and Drop Off available ONLY BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. Please call prior to arrange this. AT LEAST 24 Hours notice is needed for collection or drop off. You cannot book this online. You must call to arrange Sunday bookings.

*PEAK SEASON is defined as Christmas/New Year holiday period AND Easter Long weekend. OFF PEAK is defined as any other time .

*PEAK SEASON CHECK IN AND OUT is between 9:00am and 2:00pm ONLY due to staffing levels. Our night staff are unable to check in or out.

*Easter weekend and Christmas/New Year period attract a 25% surcharge on the daily rate, due to the increase in staff wages for public holidays.

Peak Season Bookings:

DEPOSITS FOR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS MUST BE PAID 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO CHECK IN OTHERIWSE BOOKING WILL CANCEL.

For bookings made over Christmas/New Year (between the 20/12 until 9/1) we require that full payment be made for dates reserved, UPON CHECK IN.

During this period, should you choose to pick up your cat earlier than the organised dates, no refund will be given. We have needed to implement this policy, for the above period, as we will have turned away other customers in order to accommodate your cat.

Please Note: Check In & Check Outs are NOT available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. NO Drop off on Public Holidays such as Good Friday. There is NO PICK UP on Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.

The last Check in day for the Christmas period is the 24th of December 8:00AM to 10:00AM. Ava & Archer is then Closed for Check in and Check Out until 9.00am on the 27th of December

Please note late check-outs will require an extra half days payment. 25% Deposit is required to book a space. If a deposit is not paid within 7 days of the booking, the booking will be cancelled.

We provide premium foods and litter, included in the boarding fee.
