All cats must be over 4 months with completed updated vaccinations.  Cats need to have a F3, F4 or F5 given 5 days or greater before check in.

Ava & Archer Cat Boutique and its employees reserves the right to refuse entry of any animal.

All animals must be desexed.

All charges must be paid for by the owner to departure.

 The owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested and all veterinary costs for the pet during the time the pet is in the care of Ava & Archer Cat Boutique.

The owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding that is in effect on the date that the pet is checked into Ava & Archer Cat Boutique.  

 Boarding rates are charged on a evening/nightly rate basis.  Times are from 2pm to 12 noon.  Drop off prior to 2pm and pick up after 12 noon will incur a half day rate charge. 

Under no circumstances will Avav & Archer Cat Boutique or its employees or agents, be held responsible for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent, act or omission of Ava & Archer Cat Boutique, its employees or agents, that may occur to any cat staying at Ava & Archer Cat Boutique.

Cats will not be released to any person except the nominated owner unless prior arrangements have been made

If veterinary attention is necessary for the cat, the owner is liable for all such expenses  and care
